FShockBrace
The shock brace provides the added protection to the frame of you BMW Motorcycle. This is a must have if you are off roading the bike. The BMW is a heavy machine and is completely capible of heavy off road use but without this brace there is a weak point. If you notice the upper shock bolt is bent, you have reached this limit. With this part installed the upper shock bolt will no longer bend. This has been proven by BMW's stunt rider Chris "Teach" McNeil. Suspension Service
Southern California MotoWerks is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to your suspension needs or concerns. We have been servicing and improving suspension components for 8 years now. We can rebuild the BWM ESA units as well as all other shocks. I find it better to improve on the factory shocks fitted to your motorcycle, especially when it is a heavy off-road motorcycle, as they are generally a heavy duty shock body that is less likely to crack from heavy impact conditions. When rebuilding the ESA Shocks, the functions of the ESA components are not removed, so even if it is modified for your riding style, the functions of your ESA shock will still work the same (sport, comfort, etc). In some cases if you have a shock that is setting faults for an internal component failure (rebound, preload), in most cases, we have been successful in making the correct repair to make the shock function properly. We have seen blown shocks that have had scored shock shafts in which case we can remove the shock shaft and re-chrome the component to factory spec. This is a cost effective way to keep the ESA Feature you paid a great deal of money for and is a good shock, but optimize the features to fit your riding style. Wheel Repair
Wheel Repair – Wheel damage is common among motorcycle wheels now. The cost of a new replacement wheel is usually very expensive. Most wheel repairs can be done with minimal cost, however every situation is different. We are able to repair everything from a small dent to a crack in the wheel itself. We can even powder coat the wheel to get close to the factory color. Some people take the opportunity to customize their bike and have us powder coat the wheels in a completely different color. We have a wide variety of options available for colors so please let us know if you want something done that it cool and unique.
