Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to your suspension needs or concerns. We have been servicing and improving suspension components since 2007. We can rebuild the BWM ESA units as well as all other shocks. I find it better to improve on the factory shocks fitted to your motorcycle, especially when it is a heavy off-road motorcycle, as they are generally a heavy duty shock body that is less likely to crack from heavy impact conditions. When rebuilding the ESA Shocks, the functions of the ESA components are not removed, so even if it is modified for your riding style, the functions of your ESA shock will still work the same (sport, comfort, etc). In some cases if you have a shock that is setting faults for an internal component failure (rebound, preload), in most cases, we have been successful in making the correct repair to make the shock function properly. We have seen blown shocks that have had scored shock shafts in which case we can remove the shock shaft and re-chrome the component to factory spec. This is a cost effective way to keep the ESA Feature you paid a great deal of money for and is a good shock, but optimize the features to fit your riding style.
